Crocker Art Museum
The Crocker Art Museum aims to provide art education programs for the six-county Greater Sacramento region.  The Museum staff determined that three of these counties (Placer, Solano, and Yolo Counties) were not equally served by the Museum's art education programs, and engaged Margaret Kadoyama Consulting to conduct a needs assessment for these areas.  The Museum's objectives in undertaking this research project were to define potential school and family audiences in these three counties, identify their art education interests and needs, and investigate the types of programs the Crocker could offer or develop that would meet those needs.  In addition, CAM was interested in identifying potential partnership opportunities in these counties.  Margaret Kadoyama Consulting conducted the research necessary to address these objectives.  The research resulted in a report and a set of recommendations to increase services to these areas.
